Responsibilities:

· Give a warm welcome to every guest either in person or on the phone

· Manage the wait list during high volume in an energetic environment

· Address guest concerns with guidance from the Manager on duty

· Receive, process and complete take-out orders to guest’s satisfaction.

· Please every guest 100% of the time with efficient and friendly service.

· Take pride in your appearance while adhering to our standards

· Exhibit teamwork, excitement and enthusiasm each and every day.

Qualifications:

· Some high school

· Excellent punctuality and attendance

· Willing to train and open to coaching

· Commitment to 100% guest satisfaction

· Works well in a team focused environment
